About this service

Keep your printed materials consistent without starting from scratch. Upload a photo or screenshot of your existing flyer, brochure page, price list, menu or brand template, and we make new layouts in the same template with your new content: dates, offers, prices, items or addresses from your brief. The layout, colours and feel of the template carry over, so the new flyer looks like part of the same series. You get PNG mock-up pictures in the shape of your sample, for screens and social media and to show your print shop or your team what the print will look like. It is not a print-ready file: no bleed, CMYK, PDF or vector, and it is not editable; to print, your print shop or your team prepares the file in their own tools from the picture. The text is drawn into the picture, so keep it short: a title and up to about 8-10 short blocks of a few words each. Check the spelling and every figure; revisions fix any mistake. Latin-script languages work best; long text or complex scripts, such as Arabic, Chinese or Thai, can come out imperfect. You upload up to 5 pictures (PNG, JPEG or WebP; PDF is not accepted), and each finished picture is made from one of them. You get PNG images of about 1.5 megapixels in the shape of your sample: good for screens and social media and to show your print shop, not for large prints. The picture is redrawn, so the layout and colours of your template carry over, but small details can differ: small text, fonts, photos and logos may change slightly; check the result and ask for a revision.

What we need from you

Up to 5 photos or screenshots of your flyer, brochure page, price list or template as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), flat, sharp and with the whole page in the frame. For each layout, write the new texts exactly as they should appear, up to about 8-10 short blocks, with dates, prices and units, and say what to keep and what to replace.

Questions and answers

Can I send it straight to print?

No. It is a PNG mock-up, not a print-ready file: no bleed, CMYK, PDF or vector, and not editable. Show it to your print shop or your team, and they prepare the print file in their own tools.

How much text can a layout have?

A title and up to about 8-10 short blocks of a few words each. Text is drawn into the picture, so long paragraphs and small print can come out with mistakes; a long price list or menu is better split across several layouts. Check every word, date and price, and revisions fix them.

Will my logo and photos stay exact?

The picture is redrawn, so your logo, photos and small text can change slightly. Check them and ask for a revision; for printing, your print shop uses your original logo and photos.

What shape will the layout be?

The shape of the sample you send: an upright A4 or A5 page gives an upright picture, a square sample a square one. Photograph the sample flat and straight, with the whole page in the frame.

Which files and content won't you work with?

We never change or recreate documents, certificates, receipts, diplomas or official forms, and we do not make fake reviews, ratings, awards or test results. We do not put other brands' logos into the picture. Our pictures always have a full background, so a transparent PNG is not available.

Can I send any file?

Send only files you have the right to use: your own flyers, brochures and brand templates. A sample made by someone else is used only for its style, never for its logo, brand or texts.
