About this service

A flyer for a street fair, clean-up day, library talk or residents' meeting has to be friendly and practical: what is happening, when, where, whether it is free and what to bring. Upload a photo or screenshot of a past flyer from your association, community centre or residents' group, and we make the flyer for the new event in that style with the details from your brief, so neighbours recognise who is behind it. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded files, keeps its shape and is about 1.5 megapixels: good for local chats, online notice boards and a print-shop preview, not for large prints.

What we need from you

Up to 5 photos or screenshots of past flyers or your template as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), whole and sharp. Write the exact text, the event name, date and time, place, what happens, whether it is free, what to bring and a contact, up to about 8-10 short blocks; send only files you have the right to use, and another group's flyer is used only for its style, never its logo, brand or texts.

We will ask you:

Questions and answers

Can you include our local partners' logos?

No, we don't draw other brands' or organisations' logos, as they would come out inaccurate. Thank partners in a short text line, or leave a space where your print shop adds their official logos.

We are a volunteer group without a brand. Will it work?

Yes, if you have any past flyer or poster you made: we follow its colours and layout. Without one, send a flyer you like as a style sample; it is used only for its style, never for its logo, brand or texts.

How much text fits?

A headline and up to about 8-10 short blocks. Long rules or a full agenda come out with errors, so keep it short, check every date and place in the result, and prefer Latin-script languages for the cleanest lettering.

Are there things you won't make?

We don't recreate official notices, permits, certificates, receipts or forms, and don't add fake reviews, ratings or awards. The picture is redrawn, so your logo can change slightly, and every flyer has a full background; safety notes on the flyer are your content and your responsibility.
