About this service

The living room is usually the first picture in a listing, and empty it looks smaller than it really is. We furnish your empty living room around its focal point, whether a window, a fireplace or the TV wall, with a sofa, armchairs, a rug, a coffee table, lamps and plants, and we leave clear paths to the doors and the balcony as in a real room. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels; it is redrawn, so walls, windows and floors stay, while small objects, textures and the window view can differ slightly.

What we need from you

Questions and answers

Can you show the same sofa from two angles?

We keep the same style, colours and type of furniture, but each angle is redrawn, so pieces will not match exactly from one picture to the other. Tell us which photo is the main one.

The room has an open kitchen. Do you furnish that too?

Yes, we can add a dining table or bar stools in the kitchen part, but we do not change the kitchen units themselves. Say what you want in the brief.

Do buyers need to know the room is virtually staged?

Yes, label it in the listing and keep the empty photo too; many sites and some laws ask for this. We add furniture and decor only and never hide cracks or damage.

Which photos won't you work with?

Send a living-room photo you have the right to use, and if a person is in the frame, get their permission. We never put a celebrity or another real person into the room, add no nudity, and do not take ID photos or change documents or receipts.
