About this service

An empty flat in a rental listing is hard to picture as a home, and tenants often scroll past it to listings that look lived-in. Send photos of the empty rooms, and we furnish them for the tenants you expect, such as a sofa and a work corner for a young couple or a bigger table and more storage for a family, while walls, windows, floors and any wear stay exactly as they are. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels for rental sites and social media; it is redrawn, so small objects, textures and the window view can shift slightly.

What we need from you

Photos of each empty room as PNG, JPEG or WebP, taken in daylight from a corner or the doorway with the lights on. Tell us who you want to rent to, the rent level and whether the flat is let furnished or unfurnished.

Questions and answers

Do I have to tell tenants the photos are virtually staged?

Yes. Write it in the listing, keep the empty-room photo next to the staged one, and check the rental site's current rules, since many ask for this. Tenants who arrive expecting a sofa that is not there rarely stay.

My flat is let furnished. Can you show my own furniture?

We cannot copy your exact pieces, so for a furnished let it is better to show the real furniture in your own photos. Staged pictures suit a flat that is let empty or one you are still furnishing.

Can I send photos with the previous tenant's things?

Send only photos you have the right to use, and leave out the previous tenant's personal items and people unless they agree. A few small items can be removed, but we never hide damage, never put in a celebrity or another real person, add no nudity and do not touch leases, IDs or other documents.
