About this service

A clinic website has to answer a patient's first questions quickly: which departments and doctors you have, what a visit costs, when you are open and how to get there. We build a site of several pages in one calm, clear design, and write the texts only from your facts: departments, doctors' names and qualifications, prices, hours and address exactly as you give them. We do not write about cures, results or guarantees and give no medical advice. The appointment button calls your reception, opens WhatsApp or leads to the booking link you already use: there is no booking system, patient account or form that sends data. You get the HTML and CSS code in a ZIP for your hosting; hosting and a domain are not included.

What we need from you

The clinic's name, departments and services, doctors' names, fields and qualifications as they should appear (only with their consent), prices if you show them, licence details exactly as written in your documents, hours, address, phone, messenger and your booking link if you have one. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of the clinic and doctors that you have the right to use.

Questions and answers

Can patients book an appointment on the site?

Not through the site itself: it has no server and no booking system, so no form sends data. The appointment button calls your reception, opens WhatsApp or leads to the online booking link you already use.

Will you describe treatments and their results?

Only as facts from your words: what a service is called and what it includes. We do not promise cures or results, write no medical advice and add no claims you have not given us.

Can you add reviews and awards?

Only those you send with the right to publish them. We never invent reviews, ratings, certificates, awards or numbers of patients.

How do I put the site online?

Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.

Can I change prices and doctors later?

Yes. The site is plain HTML and CSS, so texts and prices can be changed in any code editor. Within your package you can also ask us for changes on the order page.
