- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Can I send the ebook instead of describing it?
Yes, share a link to the file or paste the table of contents and a sample chapter. The more we see of the product, the more specific the page gets.
Do you design the page or the cover?
No, this is copy only. Covers and mockups are separate services.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. Sales depend on traffic, price and the product, but a clear page turns more of your visitors into buyers.
