Questions and answers
Will I get an Excel file back?
No. You get the rows as a table on the order page that pastes straight into your sheet, and a Word file or PDF if you want one. Formulas and formatting stay in your original file.
How do you count words in a spreadsheet?
Only the text in the columns you ask us to translate. Codes, prices and numbers are not counted.
Can you convert sizes or currencies?
We keep numbers as they are. If you want size charts or prices converted, send the new values and we place them in the text.
