No. It is an accurate working translation without a stamp or sworn translator's seal, so it does not fit where an official certified translation is required.

Will Hindi readers understand it?
Spoken Urdu and Hindi are close, but the scripts differ. For Hindi readers, order the separate English to Hindi translation.
