About this service

We write one audio guide track for your exhibition or museum from the texts and facts you send and voice it in a synthesized voice: a welcome at the entrance, the story behind one work or a short walk through a room. Visitors listen while looking, so the script tells them where to look first and gives one vivid detail rather than a list of dates. For a full tour you order a track for each stop, and you must tell visitors that the voice is synthesized.

What is included

  • What you getOne audio guide track per order: an MP3 of about 20, 40 or 60 seconds in a synthesized voice, with a WAV from Standard. Voice only, without music or sound effects, ready for you to upload to your guide app, a QR code page or player devices.

What we need from you

The work, room or exhibition the track covers, your label texts or curator notes with exact names, dates and spellings, how visitors reach this stop, who the visitors are, the language and the voice style (we don't imitate real people's voices).

We will ask you:

  • What does this track cover?
  • Who are your visitors?
  • Which facts and names must be included?
  • Which language and voice do you want?

Questions and answers

Can I order a whole tour?

One order gives one track of up to about 60 seconds. For a tour, order one track per stop and mention the earlier orders, so we keep the same voice and style.

Will you check the history?

We write only from the facts you send, so dates, attributions and spellings are yours to check in the script on the order page.

Can you add music or period sounds?

No, the track is voice only. If you want music under it, mix it in an audio editor with music you have the rights to.

Do visitors need to know the voice is synthesized?

Yes. Say it on the label, on the guide page or at the start of the tour.
