About this service
A family business website lets people meet the family behind the shop, workshop, bakery, garage or guesthouse and see why you do things your way. We build pages for what you make or offer, your story from the first day as you tell it, the family members who want to be shown, and how to find and contact you, all from your brief. Years, family members, recipes and traditions are written only from your facts: we never invent dates, awards, reviews or people. Buttons call, open WhatsApp or a messenger, write an email or show your place on a map, and can lead to an order or booking link you already use. There is no shop, booking system or CMS, and hosting and a domain are not included.

What we need from you
What the family business does and for whom, the story in a few true facts (who started it, when, what has stayed the same), the family members to present and a line about each, your products or services with prices if they should be shown, opening hours, address and contacts exactly as they should appear, and any order or booking link you already use. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and family or old photos that you have the right to use, with the consent of the people shown.

- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you use our old family photos?
Yes, if you have the right to use them and the people shown agree. Send them as PNG, JPEG or WebP; we place them where they fit the story.
Will you write our family story?
We shape it from the facts you give: names, years, places and what matters to you. We do not add events, dates or legends that you did not tell us.
Can customers order or book on the site?
Not through the site itself: there is no server, cart or booking system. Buttons call you, open WhatsApp or lead to an order or booking link you already use.
How do I put the site online?
Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.
