About this service
A landing page for a new residential building helps people picture a home that is not finished yet: the building, the location, the flats and how to buy one. You send the facts: address, flat types with sizes, prices from, the construction stage and completion date, parking, finishes and the buying options you offer, with renders and plans if you have them. We write the texts, draw pictures in the spirit of the project and build the page. There is no live flat chooser, no availability that updates by itself and no mortgage calculator: flats and prices are written into the code. Buttons call the sales office, open a messenger or an email. We never invent dates, prices, bank terms or permits.

What we need from you
The name and address of the complex, the company building it, flat types with sizes and prices from, the construction stage and completion date, parking and storage, finishes, and the buying options worded exactly as they may be advertised, plus any legal notice you have to show. The sales office address, hours, phone and messengers. Up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: renders, plans, site photos and your logo that you have the right to use.
We will ask you:

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can buyers pick a flat on a plan and see if it is free?
No. Without a server and a database the page cannot know which flats are sold. It shows flat types and layouts from your plans, and a button sends the buyer to a call or a messenger to ask about a particular flat.
Can you put mortgage rates and bank offers on the page?
Only the exact terms you send, with their conditions and wording. We do not calculate payments, compare banks or recommend anything, and terms change often, so check them before the page goes online.
We have no renders yet. What will the pictures show?
Drawn pictures set the mood of the project: light, greenery, a courtyard, a modern facade. They are illustrations, not the real building, and we can add a small "illustration" note under them.
Which legal details should the page carry?
Advertising rules for new housing differ by country. Send the notices you are required to show, such as the company details or a permit reference, and we place them exactly as written; checking them is up to you.
How do I put the page online and update prices?
Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts. Prices and the construction stage are plain text in the HTML and can be changed in any code editor.
