Cover letter
Dear Hiring Team at Northbridge Freight,
I'm applying for the Operations Coordinator role. For the past six years I've kept a busy restaurant group running on time, and much of that work was logistics: getting the right goods to three sites, on schedule, with the right people ready to receive them.
Your vacancy mentions route planning, driver scheduling and supplier communication. At Harbour Kitchen Group I coordinate more than 40 deliveries a week and plan rotas for 35 people. When late deliveries became a problem, I set up a shared calendar with suppliers and cut missed slots from nine a month to two. I'd like to apply the same approach to your delivery schedules.
I'm comfortable with Excel and scheduling software and learn new systems quickly. I'd welcome the chance to discuss how my experience could support your operations team.
Kind regards, Daniel Moreno

About this service
Many roles are filled before they are ever posted, so writing to a company you want to join can work, but an open application has to be short, specific and easy to forward to the right manager. We write a letter that shows you understand what the company does now, names the team or problem where you could help, offers one or two proofs from your experience and ends with a clear, low-pressure request such as a short call. It goes to a named person, not "Dear Sir or Madam".
What is included
- What you getA ready open application letter to one company, short enough to forward, plus a LinkedIn or email version and a follow-up message in the higher packages. You get it as text on the order page and as a Word (.docx) or PDF file.

What we need from you
The company and, if you know it, the person or team you are writing to, what you know about their current work, the kind of role you want, your resume and one or two achievements that match.
We will ask you:
- Which company are you writing to, and why them?
- Do you know who will receive the letter?
- What kind of role would you like?

Questions and answers
Do you find the contact person for me?
No, we do not search for contacts. If you know only the company, we suggest which role to look for and how to address the letter.
Can I send the same letter to several companies?
An open application works because it is specific, so each company needs its own letter. Standard and Premium include letters for two or three companies.
Will you add experience I do not have?
No. We present your real experience as well as possible, but never invent jobs, results or skills.
