About this service
A coat on a hanger looks shapeless, and buyers cannot tell its length, how wide the shoulders are or how the collar and hood sit. Send a photo of your coat, puffer, parka, trench or leather jacket on a hanger, a mannequin or laid flat, and we show it on a created adult model in an autumn or winter street, a park or a studio, keeping the colour, quilting, collar and length. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels for listings and social media, not for large prints; it is redrawn, so buttons, zips, snaps and small labels can change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, one coat per photo, fully in the frame from collar to hem and fastened the way you want it shown; if the lining should be seen, send a photo with the coat open. Tell us the length, the model, the setting and what to wear with it. Send only photos you have the right to use, with the permission of anyone shown in them.
We will ask you:

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you show the lining or the inside pockets?
Only if they are visible in one of your photos, because each picture is made from one photo. Send a photo with the coat open if the lining is a selling point, and we keep its colour and pattern.
Will a puffer keep its volume?
Yes, we keep the quilting channels, the volume and the sheen of the fabric. We do not make a jacket look thicker, longer or warmer than it is, so buyers get what they see.
Who wears the coat?
A created adult model, not a real person, so no model release is needed. We never show children as models, so kids' coats go to a flat lay, and lingerie or swimwear is never shown worn.
Can you remove creases or wear from a used coat?
We smooth creases from storage, since they drop out when the coat is worn, but we never hide stains, scuffs, worn cuffs or a broken zip on a pre-owned coat. We also never make ID or document photos or change documents and receipts, show no nudity, never put in a celebrity or another real person, and always give the picture a full background, so a cut-out file without one is not available.
