About this service
Hats, beanies, caps and scarves are hard to judge in a flat photo: buyers want to see how deep the hat sits, how the brim frames a face and how long the scarf falls. Send a photo of your hat or scarf on its own, and we show it worn by a created adult model in a head-and-shoulders or half-length picture, out in the cold, on a city street or in a studio, keeping the colour, knit, pattern and the pompom or fringe. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels for listings and social media, not for large prints; it is redrawn, so a small woven label, a stitched patch or a fine knit can change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, one item per photo, fully in the frame, with the label, patch or pompom visible. Tell us how it should be worn, the look and hair of the model, the setting and the outfit around it. Send only photos you have the right to use, with the permission of anyone shown in them.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you show a hat and a matching scarf together?
Yes, if both are in the same photo, since each picture is made from one photo. If you send them separately, each picture shows one of them, and the rest of the outfit is plain decor.
Can you show kids' hats on a child?
No, we never show children as models, and the model is always a created adult, not a real person. Lingerie and swimwear are not shown on a model either; for kids' hats and mittens, order a flat lay.
Will the pompom and fringe look the same?
Their colour, size and shape are kept, but fluffy and fine textures are redrawn and can differ slightly. Compare the result with your item and ask for a revision.
Can you hide pilling on a used scarf?
No, we show the item as the buyer will get it: we do not hide pilling, holes or faded colour or add a pompom it does not have. We also never make ID or document photos or change documents and receipts, show no nudity, never put in a celebrity or another real person, and always give the picture a full background, so a cut-out file without one is not available.
