Food blog website "Slow Kitchen"
Client: Anna Berg, who writes simple home recipes and wanted her own blog instead of posts scattered across social networks. Task: a calm blog in warm white and olive with serif headings: a home page, 3 articles from her notes (pantry staples, Sunday lunch prep, one-pan lemon chicken) and an About page with her email and Instagram.
The client and all details are made up.
About this service
A parenting blog you put on your own hosting, for sharing family life, what worked for you and what did not. Each article page has a warm, clear layout: the title, the date and author, headings, short lists of your tips, drawn pictures, related posts and links to your social profiles. Drawn covers mean you do not need to show your children's faces online. Send us your stories, or the subjects and your points, and we write the articles (about 600 words each), draw the pictures and build the site in plain HTML and CSS. The articles share your own experience: we add no medical, sleep or feeding advice, and health posts keep your note that readers should ask a doctor. It is a static site, with no admin panel, comments, forum, search or forms. Hosting and the domain are on your side.

Questions and answers
Will the articles give medical advice about children?
No. They share what you have lived through, in your words. We do not add advice on health, sleep, feeding or development, and health-related posts carry your note that readers should talk to a doctor.
Do I have to show my children?
No. The pictures are drawn for the blog, so a cover can show a family scene without real faces. Use your own photos only if you choose to, up to 5 with the order.
Can other parents comment or join a forum?
No: a static site stores nothing. Each post can link to your social profile or group, where readers talk.
How do I add new posts later?
Copy an article page, change its title, text and picture in any code editor and add a link on the home page; the guide shows how. If you would rather post without code, your developer can move the design to a blogging platform.
Do you put the blog online?
No. You get the archive and upload it to your hosting; the guide explains how. Hosting and the domain are paid and set up on your side.
