- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you list the tier benefits on the images?
No, Patreon shows the benefits as text under each tier. The image only needs the tier name and a symbol.
Can you draw my existing characters?
Yes, from your description; we do not edit your own artwork files, so describe the look in detail or give a link where they appear.
Will the cover fit Patreon's banner?
It is drawn wide with the key parts in the middle; crop or resize it in any editor if Patreon asks for another frame.
Do I get an editable source file?
No, you get finished PNG images. Vector or layered source files are not included.
