About this service

A delivery calculator answers the question customers ask most: how much will it cost to send this? Give us your rates: the zones or the price per kilometre, weight and size steps, charges for urgency, insurance or carrying upstairs, and the minimum price, and we build one block for your site: the texts, pictures drawn for it and the code. The visitor picks a zone or enters the distance, describes the parcel and sees the price at once, then taps to call or message you. The block has no map, does not find addresses or measure routes, does not save or send answers and does not take orders or payments.

What we need from you

Your rates: the list of zones or the price per kilometre, weight and size steps with their prices, extra charges and how they add up, the minimum price, the currency and what is not delivered or is priced separately; the fields the visitor fills in; the note under the price; where the buttons lead; your site's colours. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo or photos of your vans or couriers that you have the right to use.

  • Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Questions and answers

Can it find the distance from an address?

No. That needs a map service and a server, and this block has neither. Visitors pick a zone or type the kilometres, so give zones that are easy to recognise, such as district or city names.

Can a customer order and pay in the calculator?

No. After the price, buttons lead to your phone, messenger or email. The block takes no orders or payments and does not track parcels.

We have different rates for parcels and pallets. Can it handle that?

Yes, if you give the rule for each. Every rule needs its own fields, so check that they fit the number of fields in your package.

Will the price always match the final bill?

It shows exactly what your rates give for the visitor's answers. For cases your rates don't cover, add a note under the price, such as "Oversized items by request".

Can I change the prices later?

Yes. The prices and rules sit in script.js, in plain JavaScript, and can be changed in any code editor. Within your package you can also ask us for changes on the order page.
