About this service
On your Shopify product page, a picture with a few clear benefits helps shoppers who swipe through the images and skip the description, especially on phones. We make your product photo into a picture with up to about 6 short captions taken only from your brief, such as "Vegan leather", "Fits 13-inch laptop" or "Free engraving", in your brand colours and in a layout that repeats across your products. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, for your store, ads and social media but not for large prints; you check every word and number, and as the picture is redrawn, small text and logos on the product may change slightly.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, one product in each, sharp and in full view. For each picture, write the captions exactly as they should appear, up to about 6, plus the language, your brand colours, the font feel (rounded, classic or bold) and the shape your theme uses.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can I use the same picture in ads?
Yes, it is a regular PNG for your store, social posts and ads. Ad platforms have their own rules on text in images and product claims, so check them before you run the ad.
Can I change a caption later in Shopify?
No, the captions are part of the picture, not editable text. For a new price or claim, ask for a revision while your package allows it, or order a new picture.
What won't you do?
We use only claims from your brief and don't invent results, reviews or certifications. We don't change the product, make document or ID photos, alter receipts, add nudity or put in a celebrity or another real person. Send only photos you have the right to use; each picture has a full background.
