About this service
We draw the pictures that pop up when someone follows, subscribes, donates, cheers bits or raids your channel: your mascot cheering, a treasure chest bursting open, a rocket taking off or any symbol that fits your channel. Each alert type gets its own picture on a transparent background, so it sits cleanly over the game in StreamElements, Streamlabs or a similar tool. The viewer's name, the amount and the sound are added by the alert tool, and you can animate the picture there with its built-in effects.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the alerts be animated?
We deliver static PNGs. StreamElements and Streamlabs can add bounce, fade and other effects, or a motion designer can animate them.
Will the viewer's name be on the image?
No, the alert tool adds the name and amount as live text over or under the picture.
Do you add sounds?
No, sounds are chosen in your alert tool.
