Can you write what the customer should say?
We do not put words in the customer's mouth. Questions guide them to their own story, which is more honest and usually more convincing.
Do you conduct the interview or edit the video?
No. You get the questions and the edit outline; filming and editing are done by you or your video team.
Can I use it for several customers?
