About this service

A bare balcony or terrace looks like a slab of concrete in a listing, while it is often the feature people pay extra for. We furnish it the way outdoor space should feel, with a bistro set or lounge chairs, an outdoor rug, planters, string lights and a small coffee table, sized to the real depth of the space, with the railing, floor, walls and view kept as they are. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels; it is redrawn, so small details and the distant view can change slightly.

What we need from you

Photos of the empty balcony or terrace as PNG, JPEG or WebP, taken in daylight from the door so the floor and railing are visible. Tell us its rough size, whether it is open or glazed, which way it faces and the mood you want: morning coffee, dinner for four or a green corner.

Questions and answers

Will you add plants that need lots of sun?

We add plants that look right for the space, but they are an idea, not advice on what grows on your side of the building. Tell us if it faces north or south and we keep the greenery realistic.

Can you make the view nicer?

No. The view, the neighbouring buildings and the railing stay, because buyers will see them in person. We add furniture and decor only, and the picture should be labelled as virtually staged where the rules require it.

What can't you do with my photo?

We do not hide damage to the floor or railing, do not add people, never put in a celebrity or another real person, add no nudity, and do not work on IDs or documents. Send only photos you have the right to use.
