About this service
Couples want to know early what their wedding could cost. A budget calculator on your site, whether you run an agency, a venue or a catering service, shows a total from your own prices: per guest, per hour, per package and for each service you offer. Give us those prices and rules, and we build one block: the texts, pictures drawn for it and the code. The couple enters the guests, picks the options and sees the total and the split by items at once, then taps to call or message you. We never use "average wedding costs", only your prices. It does not save or send answers, check dates, book anything or take a deposit.

What we need from you
Who you are and which services you offer, each with its price and how it is counted (per guest, per hour or fixed), season or weekday surcharges, your packages and what each includes, the currency, the note under the total, where the buttons lead and your site's colours. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo or photos of weddings you organised that you have the right to use, with the couples' consent.
We will ask you:
- Who are you, and what do you offer?
- Which fields should the couple fill in?
- Prices and rules
- What should the couple see as the result?
- Where should the buttons lead?

Payment protection
You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.
- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the calculator include things we don't provide?
Only with prices you give. If couples should add their own costs, such as rings or outfits, the block can have a field where they type their own sum.
Can couples save their budget and come back later?
No. Nothing is saved or sent. Couples can note the total or tap a button to message you about it.
Can it check whether our date is free?
No, the block has no calendar or booking. The buttons lead to your phone, messenger or email, where you agree the date.
Can I change the prices later?
Yes. The prices and rules sit in script.js, in plain JavaScript, and can be changed in any code editor. Within your package you can also ask us for changes on the order page.
