Signing in with a code from email
Order without a password: sign in with Google, Apple or a six-digit code we email you, right on the service page.
You do not need a password to order. When you press an order button on a service page without being signed in, a sign-in window opens right there. Once you are in, you go straight to the checkout of the package you chose.
Signing in with a code
- Enter your email and press "Get a code".
- We email you a six-digit code. If it is not in your inbox, check the spam folder.
- Enter the code and press "Sign in and continue".
If there is no account with this email yet, it is created for you. By continuing you accept the terms of service and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
How codes work
- A code works for 10 minutes, and only the newest code you asked for counts.
- You have 5 tries to enter a code. After that, ask for a new one.
- A new code can be sent once a minute, and up to 10 times a day for one address.
Signing in with Google or Apple
You can also press "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" in the same window, or on the sign-in page. An account with the same email is the same account, whichever way you sign in. If you choose to hide your email from Apple, we get a forwarding address at Apple instead, and that is a separate account.
Setting a password
An account opened with a code, with Google or with Apple has no password. If you want one, for example to sign in to the mobile app with your email, choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page, or "Change password" in your account, and we email you a link to set it.
If the address was never confirmed
Signing in with a code confirms your email. If an account with this address existed but its email was never confirmed, anyone could have opened it. So, as with Google or Apple, its old password stops working, every device is signed out and its API keys are revoked. More in Account and security.
Questions and answers
The code did not arrive. What should I do?
Check the spam folder and that the email is spelled right. After a minute you can ask for a new code.
The code does not work.
A code works for 10 minutes, and only the newest one counts. Ask for a new code and enter it.
Do I need a password at all?
No, a code, Google or Apple is enough on the website. The Android app signs in with Google or with an email and a password, so set a password if you signed up another way and want to use the app.
