About this service
A calorie calculator gives visitors of a nutrition, fitness or food site a quick figure to start from. Tell us the formula and the activity factors, how a goal changes the figure, how to split it into proteins, fats and carbs if you want that, and the note to show under the result, and we build one block for your site: the texts, pictures drawn for it and the code. It counts at once in the browser, then offers to call, write or message you, or to open your programme's page. It only counts by your rules: it does not diagnose, prescribe a diet or promise weight loss, it is not medical advice, and it does not save or send anything visitors enter.

Questions and answers
Which formula will it use?
The one you name, with your coefficients. We don't choose or change the formula; give one worked example so the result can be checked against it.
Is the result medical advice?
No. It is arithmetic by your formula and does not take health conditions, pregnancy or medicines into account. Your note under the result says so in your words, and we write no health claims.
Can it point to one of our meal plans?
In the premium package, yes, by your rules, for example below a set figure it shows plan A. The choice is your rule; we add no claims about what a plan will do.
Does it store visitors' weight or other data?
No. Nothing is saved or sent: the numbers stay in the visitor's browser and are gone when the page is closed.
