About this service
A coffee roaster website shows what you roast and how people get it: in your café, in bags to take home, or wholesale for cafés and offices. We build pages for your coffees with origin, farm or region, process, roast level and tasting notes as you write them, the café with hours and menu highlights, wholesale terms, and the roastery's story, all from your brief. We write about taste and origin only, with no health claims, and never invent awards, scores, prices or direct-trade promises. Order buttons open WhatsApp, a messenger or an email with the coffee name, or lead to your existing online shop. The site has no cart, payment or subscriptions, and hosting and a domain are not included.

What we need from you
Your coffees with origin, farm or region, process, roast level, tasting notes, bag sizes and prices if they should be shown, how people order (WhatsApp, messenger, email or your shop link), café hours and address if you have one, wholesale terms for cafés and offices, a few true facts about the roastery, and contacts exactly as they should appear. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo, bag labels and photos of your roastery that you have the right to use.

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can customers buy coffee on the site?
No. There is no cart or payment. Each coffee has a button that opens WhatsApp, a messenger or an email with its name, or leads to your existing online shop.
Can people subscribe to monthly coffee?
Not on the site itself, since subscriptions need payments and a server. We can describe your subscription and add a button to the page where people sign up today.
How do we change the coffees when a new lot arrives?
Each coffee is a card in the HTML: copy it and change the name, notes and price in any code editor. There is no CMS. Within your package you can also ask us for changes.
How do I put the site online?
Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.
