With used and collectable items on eBay, buyers want to know exactly what they get: which parts are original, what is in the box and where the wear is. We make your item photo into a picture with up to about 6 short callouts taken only from your brief, such as "Original box", "All 4 keys included" or "Small scratch on lid", each pointing to the right part. Each PNG is made from one of your photos at about 1.5 megapixels, for screens and not large prints; you check every word and number, and because the picture is redrawn, a small scratch, label or logo can come out slightly different, so keep your real close-ups in the listing too.

Can I use this picture in my eBay gallery?
eBay's picture policy has not allowed added text or borders on listing photos, so check the current policy before you upload it there. Where captions aren't allowed in the gallery, use the picture where your rules permit, such as your own shop site or social posts, and keep plain photos in the listing.
Will you describe the condition for me?
No, we use only the words and numbers in your brief, and we don't grade the item or say it was tested. Check every caption, including spelling and figures; revisions fix any mistake.
What won't you do?
We never hide or soften wear, add missing parts or make a replica look original. No document or ID photos, no changes to receipts or certificates of authenticity, no nudity, never a celebrity or another real person. Send only photos you have the right to use; each picture has a full background.
