About this service

People usually book a haircut, a table, a class or a consultation on their phone in a spare minute, so a good booking form keeps to a few steps: choose a service, pick a date and time slot, leave a name and phone, and confirm with one big button. We draw your booking or appointment form for a phone in the style of your website screenshot, with service cards, a calendar, time slots and a confirmation screen, using your services and wording. Each picture comes from one of your screenshots as an upright 2:3 PNG mock-up of about 1.5 megapixels, whatever the shape of the file; it shows the look of the form, not a working booking system, code or a Figma file.

What we need from you

Up to 5 sharp screenshots as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF) of your website or current booking page, from a site you have the right to use, or a sample used only for its style. Send your services with durations and prices, your opening times and the field and button labels exactly as they should read; use sample names, never real client data.

Questions and answers

Will the form take real bookings?

No. You get PNG pictures of the form, not a booking system, code or a Figma file, and we connect nothing to your calendar. If you use a booking tool on your site, check how far its current widget can be styled, then hand the picture to your developer.

Can I use it for a clinic or a lawyer's office?

Yes for the look of the form; we draw only your own services and wording, and the form gives no medical or legal advice. Use sample names in the brief, and we never recreate documents, certificates or official forms, or add fake reviews or ratings.

My site screenshot is wide. Will the form be wide?

No. Every picture in this offer is an upright 2:3 phone screen of about 1024 x 1536 pixels, whatever the shape of the upload, so a wide desktop screenshot is redrawn as a tall booking screen.

Will dates and prices be exact?

Short labels, dates and prices you give us are drawn into the picture, but small text can come out imperfect and Latin-script text works best, so check each one. The picture is redrawn, so icons and your logo can change slightly, and we don't draw other brands' logos; a revision fixes what is off.
