About this service
Collected feedback cards, registration forms or survey sheets on paper? Photograph them, and we type each form into one row of a table: ticked boxes become clear values, scales become numbers, and open answers are copied word for word. Blank or spoiled answers are left empty and noted, so your counts are not skewed.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
What about personal data on the forms?
We only use the photos for your order. Collecting and storing the data lawfully is your responsibility.
Can you analyse the results?
Premium adds simple counts per option. A full analysis with conclusions is a separate service.
How many forms fit in an order?
Count by pages: a one-page form is one page. Up to 5 photos, so photograph two short forms side by side if they stay sharp.
