Send them and we type the conversation into a clean log: date, time, sender and message for each line, in the original language and order, with emojis, voice notes and photos noted in brackets. - Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can I use the log as evidence?
It is a typed copy, not a certified record. Ask your lawyer how screenshots or exports must be presented; this is not legal advice.
Can you transcribe voice messages?
Not from screenshots. Voice notes are marked; for their text, order our audio transcription.
How many pictures can I attach?
Up to 5 pictures of up to 20 MB each (JPG, PNG or WebP). For more pages, fit two pages or several items into one sharp photo.
