About this service
A realtor's page has one job: to make a buyer or a seller call you rather than the next agent. We build it around you: who you are, which areas and kinds of property you deal with, how you help buyers and sellers, and listing cards with the photos, prices and details you send. Buttons call you, open WhatsApp or another messenger, or write an email. The listings are part of the code, so there is no property search, no filters and no database: a listing is changed by editing its text and photo in the code, or within your package revisions. We never invent sale prices, deals, reviews or years of experience.

What we need from you
Your name, agency if any, the areas and types of property you deal with, what you do for buyers and for sellers, and your fees if they should be shown. For each listing: price, size, rooms, area or address and a line about it. Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and email exactly as they should appear. Up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your portrait, logo and listing photos you have the right to use.
We will ask you:

Payment protection
You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the page pull in my listings and update them by itself?
No. The page is plain code without a database, so it cannot take listings from a property portal or your CRM. We put in the listings you send; to replace one later, edit its text and photo in the code or ask for it within your package revisions.
I can upload only 5 photos. How do I show more listings?
A listing without your photo gets a neutral drawn picture in the page's style, which does not pretend to show the property, or a text card. Real photos can be added to the pictures folder of the site later.
Will there be a form for valuation requests?
A page without a server cannot send forms. The "Value my home" button opens a call, WhatsApp or an email with a ready subject line. If you need a form, we add it to the page, and it starts sending once you connect it to a form service.
Can you write that I am the best agent in town?
We write only what you can back up: your real experience, deals and the reviews you send, word for word. We do not invent numbers, ratings or awards, and the property facts are yours to check.
How do I put the page online and change listings?
Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts. Listings are plain text and pictures in the HTML, so they can be changed in any code editor.
