Questions and answers
Is the video an accurate record of the property?
No. The setting is recreated to look like your photos, but the layout, views and details may differ from the real place. Use it as an invitation to a viewing, alongside your real photos and floor plan, not as a replacement for them.
What claims can the presenter make?
Only facts you supply and can prove, such as area, floor, distance to the metro or the terms of sale. We leave out promises about future value, rental income or anything you can't confirm.
Can the presenter be me or my agent?
No. The presenter is created for the video and is not a real person; we don't recreate you, your colleagues or public figures from photos. If local rules require agency or licence details in ads, add them in the caption.
