Can the video ask for a certain age or gender?
No. We keep the wording about the job and the skills it needs; requirements about age, gender, origin, religion, family status or looks are discriminatory and banned in many countries. The presenter's look you choose is not a requirement for candidates either.
Can we present the presenter as one of our employees?
No. The presenter is created for the video and is not a real person, so don't caption them as a team member. If you want your real staff in the post, show their own photos or videos next to this clip.
Will the video bring applications?
We make the video; responses depend on the role, the pay and where you post it. We don't promise views or applications.
