Trends and outliers
- July and August made 41% of revenue; occupancy reached 93%.
- March and April were weakest (occupancy 38%), but weekend nights still sold at 79%: the gap is midweek.
- Cancellations were 19% for platform bookings with free cancellation and 4% for direct bookings with a deposit.
- Outlier: 6 bookings in May at $45 per night. These are all one corporate group with a manual discount; they were kept in totals but flagged.
Findings
- Your most profitable guests are direct, returning guests, yet only 14% of platform guests were invited to book direct next time.
- Midweek in spring is the only real gap; weekends sell themselves.
- Free cancellation on platforms costs about 27 lost nights over 9 months.
Recommendations
- Add a "book direct" card at check-out with a 10% returning-guest rate: still $20 above platform net.
- Create a midweek spring offer (3 nights for the price of 2, Sun–Thu) for March–April.
- Switch platform listings to a non-refundable rate at 8% off alongside the flexible one.
- Track the booking channel for every guest from now on: 17 rows had no channel and were grouped as "direct".
All totals were cross-checked against the monthly sums in your sheet; the difference is $0.

About this service
Search Console shows which queries bring impressions and clicks, but the useful part is comparing them: pages sitting on positions 4 to 15 with many impressions, titles that rank but do not get clicked, two pages fighting for the same query. We analyze your query and page exports, compare two periods and list the pages to improve first, with a reason for each. Rankings depend on many factors, so this is a priority list, not a ranking promise.
What is included
- What you getA report with quick-win queries, low click-through pages, overlapping pages, gains and losses between periods, and a prioritized page list with suggested fixes, as formatted text with tables on the order page. You also get it as a Word (.docx) report with the tables in Excel (.xlsx).
- Quick winsPositions 4 to 15 with impressions
- Low CTR pagesTitles and snippets to rewrite
- Overlapping pagesTwo pages for one query
- Period comparisonWhat gained and what lost
- Priority listPages to improve first

What we need from you
The Queries and Pages tables from the Search Console performance report exported for two periods and pasted as CSV, and your most important pages or topics. Documents can also be attached as PDF, Word or Excel files.
We will ask you:
- What is the site about?
- Which periods should we compare?
- Which pages matter most for your business?
- Did anything change on the site?

Questions and answers
How do I export the data?
In Search Console open Performance, set the dates, then use Export and download CSV. The interface exports up to 1,000 rows per table.
Will my rankings go up?
We cannot promise rankings. The report shows where improvements are most likely to pay off.
Can you log in to our Search Console?
No, we do not access client accounts. The exported tables are all we need.
