About this service
A battle map gives the table something to fight over: a tavern with overturned tables, a forest road with a fallen log, a flooded crypt or a ship deck in a storm. We draw top-down encounter maps from your description, with cover, hazards and entrances placed where you ask, in a painted style that looks good on Foundry VTT, Roll20, Owlbear Rodeo or a TV on the table. The grid is not drawn in: your virtual tabletop adds it, so you can set the scale yourself.

What we need from you
The location for each encounter, the features that matter for the fight (cover, hazards, doors, elevation), the rough size in squares, the lighting and the setting of your campaign.
We will ask you:
- What is the location?
- What must be on the map for the fight?
- About how many squares across?

Questions and answers
Why is there no grid?
A drawn grid rarely lines up with every VTT. Without it you align the grid in Foundry, Roll20 or Owlbear to the size that fits your tokens.
Can I print it for the table?
Yes, for small encounters on poster paper. For a full-size printed map, ask your print shop to check the size first, as squares may come out smaller than one inch.
Can you add room numbers and labels?
Labels are left off the map so players see a clean scene. Add numbers for a GM version in any editor.
