About this service
We translate between English and Japanese with the politeness level your reader expects: desu/masu style for most customer texts, plain style for some editorial content and keigo where you address clients or partners formally. Loanwords in katakana are used only where they are standard, and names are written the way your brand has already set. Japanese is counted in characters, so a character equivalent applies to texts written in Japanese.

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Is this a certified translation?
No. You get an accurate working translation without a stamp or certificate.
How are brand names written in Japanese?
If you already use a katakana name, give it in the brief. Otherwise we keep the Latin spelling or suggest options.
I already have a translation. Can you just fix it?
Yes, choose Premium and paste both texts. We edit it against the original and note the main changes.
