We format references for medical, nursing and health science papers in Vancouver (ICMJE and NLM) or AMA style, both numbered in order of citation. The author rules differ, and we follow them: Vancouver lists six authors before et al., AMA lists all authors up to six and the first three when there are more, and journal names take their NLM abbreviations. Clinical guidelines, trial registrations and package inserts are formatted too, and we list anything missing because we do not look sources up online.

Can you check that the clinical facts are correct?
No. We format the references only; the content of your paper and the choice of sources stay your responsibility.
Can you abbreviate journals not indexed in PubMed?
We abbreviate by the NLM rules where we can and mark the rest so you can confirm them with the journal.
Which style does my nursing course use?
Many nursing programmes use APA, not Vancouver. Check your course handbook, or order our APA 7 service if that is what they ask for.
Do you look up missing details online?
No, we work only with what you send. Every source without a year, pages, DOI or publisher goes into a list, you add the details, and we update the entry within your revisions.
