About this service

New-build flats are often sold empty, and rows of identical white rooms make it hard for buyers to tell one flat from the next. Send photos of your finished or pre-finished new-build flat, and we add furniture, lighting, curtains and decor in a fresh modern style that suits the building, keeping walls, windows, floor, sockets and radiators exactly as they are handed over. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels; it is redrawn, so small details, textures and the view of the street or building site outside can change slightly.

What we need from you

Photos of the empty flat as PNG, JPEG or WebP, in daylight from a corner of each room. Tell us the finish it is sold with (fully finished, pre-finished or bare shell), the purpose of each room on the plan, the buyers you expect and the style.

Questions and answers

The flat has no finish yet. Can you show it finished?

Staging keeps the flat as it is sold, so bare concrete stays concrete. Showing a possible finish is a renovation idea picture, which must be presented as an idea and not as the flat the buyer gets; our room restyle offers do that.

I'm a developer. Can I order this for a whole project?

Yes, a 5-picture package covers one flat room by room; for more flats place more orders. Mark the pictures as virtually staged where local rules or the listing site ask for it.

Which files won't you work with?

Renders or photos you do not have the right to use, and ID photos, contracts or other documents. We do not hide defects, never put in a celebrity or another real person, and add no nudity.
