About this service
A good dark mode is more than inverted colours: backgrounds become deep greys rather than pure black, text gets softer contrast, your brand colours are adjusted so they stay readable, shadows give way to lighter surfaces, and photos and pictures are kept from glaring. Upload screenshots of your light screens, and we draw each one again in dark colours with the same layout, content and buttons, so you can see your app in dark mode before your developer builds it. You get PNG mock-ups of about 1.5 megapixels, each made from one of your screenshots and always upright 2:3, about 1024 x 1536 pixels, whatever the shape of your upload, so even a wide screenshot becomes a dark phone screen; they are not app code, a colour palette file or a Figma, Sketch or XD file.

What we need from you
Up to 5 sharp screenshots of your own light screens as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), one screen each, and only files you have the right to use. Tell us your brand colour, anything that must stay exactly as it is, such as a photo or chart, and whether you prefer deep grey or near-black backgrounds; text stays as on your screenshot, Latin-script languages draw most cleanly, and small text can come out imperfect.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the layout stay exactly the same?
The layout, blocks and buttons follow your screenshot, but the picture is redrawn, so small text, icons and your logo can shift slightly, and as every picture is upright 2:3, a screenshot of another shape is fitted to a phone screen. Compare each screen with the original and ask for a revision.
Do I get the dark colour codes?
No, you get PNG pictures, not a palette file, code or a Figma, Sketch or XD file. Your developer can pick colours from the pictures, but the final values are best set and checked for contrast in your app; iOS and Android both have a system dark mode, so check their current guidelines.
Which screens show dark mode best?
Busy screens with photos, cards and charts show the most: home, a list, a detail page and settings make a good set. Charts in the dark version are illustrative, so your developer keeps the real data.
Which screenshots can I send?
Screenshots of your own app that you have the right to use. If you upload another app's dark screen as a sample, we take only its style, never its logo, brand or texts. We add no other brands' logos, invented reviews or ratings and never change documents.
