- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will you write the medical text?
No. Medical claims must come from your doctors and follow local advertising rules, so we leave placeholder lines for that wording.
Can you show our doctors on the pages?
We cannot use your photos. We leave photo frames, so you place real portraits of your team there in any editor.
Is the brochure ready for a print shop?
It is a PNG concept without bleed or source files. Your print shop or agency can build the final layout from it.
