About this service
We design the cover and inside spreads of a sales brochure for a new residential development: a strong cover with the project name, a spread on the location and neighbourhood, one on the courtyard and amenities, and one for apartment layouts. Buildings, courtyards and interiors are drawn as an imagined scene in the architectural style you describe, so the sales office can agree on the look before the final renders are ready. Body text, prices and floor plans are shown as placeholder lines and blocks, and your team drops in the real renders, plans and copy in any editor.

Questions and answers
Will the pictures show our real buildings?
No. We draw an imagined building in the style you describe. Before the brochure goes to buyers, replace those areas with your official renders and photos so nothing misleads them.
Can you place apartment layouts and prices?
We leave framed blocks for them. Exact plans and prices must come from your project documents, so add them in an editor.
Can a print shop use these files as they are?
They are PNG concepts without bleed, CMYK or source files. Use them to brief the agency or print shop that prepares the final layout.
