About this service

A price list has one job: let the reader find a service or product and its price in seconds, so lines must be short, prices lined up and categories easy to spot. Upload a photo or screenshot of your current price list or brand template, and we lay out the new prices from your brief in the same columns, fonts, colours and headings, so the update looks like the old sheet with new numbers. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded files, keeps its shape and is about 1.5 megapixels: fine for screens, a social post or a print-shop preview, not for large prints.

What we need from you

Up to 5 photos or screenshots of your price list or template as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), straight and sharp, with the whole sheet in view. Write the new lines exactly as they should read, up to about 8-10 lines per layout with item, unit and price, and the currency; send only files you have the right to use, and another company's price list is used only for its style, never for its logo, brand or texts.

Questions and answers

Our price list has 60 lines. Will it fit?

Not on one layout. About 8-10 short lines read cleanly; beyond that the figures get small and can come out wrong. Split it by category, one layout each, check every price in the result and keep in mind that Latin-script languages give the cleanest text.

Can you change only the prices and keep everything else?

Yes, that is the most common request. The sheet is redrawn, though, so fonts, your logo and small decorations can shift slightly; compare the result with your original and ask for a revision where something differs.

Do you check if our prices or tax notes are correct?

No. We draw the prices, taxes and conditions you send and give no pricing, tax or legal advice; you are responsible for the content. Check your local rules on how prices must be shown.

What won't you add to a price list?

We don't invent discounts, ratings or reviews, don't place other brands' logos and never recreate receipts, invoices or official forms. Every layout has a full background, like a printed sheet.
