About this service

A sales booklet for a residential project usually walks the buyer from the big picture to the details: location and neighbourhood, the building and amenities, apartment types with areas, then the sales office contacts. Upload a photo or screenshot of a page from your current project booklet or developer brand template, and we lay out new pages, such as a new building phase, extra apartment types or updated amenities, in the same style. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded pages, keeps its shape and is about 1.5 megapixels, enough to approve pages on screen and brief your print shop, not for large prints.

What we need from you

Up to 5 photos or screenshots of your project booklet pages as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), sharp and showing the full page. For each page, write the exact text, a heading and up to about 8-10 short blocks such as apartment types, areas, floors, completion date and contacts; send only files you have the right to use, and another developer's booklet is used only for its style, never its logo, brand or texts.

We will ask you:

  • Which project and which pages?
  • What facts go on each page?
  • Is there a facade picture or plan on your page to keep?
  • Which contacts and disclaimer line must appear?

Questions and answers

Will the floor plans be accurate?

No, plans and renderings in the mock-up are illustrative and not to scale, and redrawn details can shift. For the printed booklet, your print shop places your architect's official plans and visuals; use our pages to agree on the layout.

Can you add prices and mortgage terms?

Yes, as short text you provide, such as a price from a figure per square metre. We give no financial or legal advice and don't check the offer; you are responsible for the figures and for any disclaimer your local advertising rules require.

How much text fits on a page?

A heading and up to about 8-10 short blocks. Long descriptions of the neighbourhood come out with errors, so keep each point to a few words, check every area, date and phone number, and prefer Latin-script languages for the cleanest result.

What won't you show?

We don't invent awards, ratings or buyer reviews, don't draw other brands' logos, such as banks or contractors, and never recreate permits, certificates or other official documents. Every page has a full background, and your logo may change slightly in the redrawn picture, so check it.
