About this service
A program booklet is what guests open between sessions: they need the time, the session title, the speaker and the room at a glance, plus venue tips on the back. Upload a photo or screenshot of a page from your past program or brand template, and we lay out this year's schedule, sessions and rooms from your brief in the same style, so the booklet matches your signage and badges. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded pages at about 1.5 megapixels and in its shape, good for sharing on screen and briefing your print shop but not for large prints.
What is included
- What you getYou get 1, 3 or 5 program pages, such as a cover, a day's schedule and a venue info page, as PNG mock-ups in your template; with fewer uploads than pages, the rest are variants from the same file. They are pictures to check and share, not print-ready or editable files: no bleed, CMYK, PDF or vector.
- Schedule in your styleTimes, sessions and rooms laid out like your past edition
- Cover with new datesEvent name, dates and venue on your cover design
- One day per pageLong agendas split so each page stays readable
- Venue and practical infoWi-Fi, coffee break times or a simple floor sketch
- Matches your event lookSame colours as your badges, banners and website
How it works
- 1Past editionYou upload a program page and send the final schedule
- 2Program pagesWe set the times, sessions and rooms in your template
- 3Final checkYou check every time and name and ask for changes within your package
What we need from you
Up to 5 photos or screenshots of your past program pages or template as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), flat and with the full page visible. For each page, send the final schedule exactly as it should read, up to about 8-10 time slots or short blocks with times, session titles, names and rooms; send only files you have the right to use, and another event's program is used only for its style, never its logo, brand or texts.
We will ask you:
- What is the event and when is it?
- What schedule goes on each page?
- Which pages besides the schedule do you need?

Questions and answers
Our agenda has 25 sessions a day. Will it fit?
Not on one page. About 8-10 slots per page stay readable; a busy day is better split into morning and afternoon or by stage. Check every time, name and room in the result, as drawn text can slip, and remember that Latin-script languages come out cleanest.
Can you add speaker photos?
We don't draw portraits of real speakers, since a redrawn face would not look like the person. We can keep the photo frames from your template plain, and your print shop places the real headshots; your logo and small text can also change slightly, so check them.
Can you include sponsor logos or a ticket QR code?
No, we don't draw other brands' logos, sponsors included, because a redrawn logo would not be accurate; leave a plain sponsor area for your print shop to fill with the official files. A QR code is the same story: a drawn code won't scan, so leave a space for the real one.
Is the venue sketch accurate?
Only as a simple illustration based on what you describe or what is on your sample; it is not to scale, so use the venue's official floor plan for print. We also don't recreate certificates, receipts or official forms or invent reviews and ratings, and every page has a full background.
