About this service
A company booklet goes out of date quietly: the founding year stays, but the team size, services, projects and office address move on. Upload photos or screenshots of the pages of your current booklet, and we redraw them with your updated facts, such as new key figures, a revised services list or new contacts, while the cover style, colours and layout stay the same. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded pages, in the same shape and at about 1.5 megapixels, so you can approve the update on screen and show your print shop what to change, though it is too small for large prints.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos or screenshots of the booklet pages you want to update as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), taken flat with the whole page visible. For each page, mark what is out of date and write the new text exactly, a heading and up to about 8-10 short blocks; send only files you have the right to use, and someone else's booklet is used only for its style, never its logo, brand or texts.
We will ask you:

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you add a long letter from our CEO?
Only a short one. Text is drawn into the picture, so a page holds a heading and up to about 8-10 short blocks, and a full letter would come out with errors. Use a two- or three-sentence version, check every word and figure in the result, and keep in mind that Latin-script languages come out most cleanly.
Will the team photos and logo stay the same?
The page is redrawn, so photos, faces, small text and your logo can change slightly. If a photo of your real staff matters, ask us to keep that area plain and let your print shop place the original photo and logo.
Can you add our awards and certificates?
We can mention awards you really hold as short text from your brief, but we never recreate certificates or official forms and never invent awards, ratings or reviews. We also don't draw other brands' logos, so partners are named in plain text.
Do I have to update every page?
No. Send only the pages that changed; the rest of your booklet stays as it is. The 3- and 5-page packages suit a typical refresh of the about, services, figures and contacts pages, and every page has a full background like your original.
