About this service
We retouch photos of skincare, makeup and beauty products for an online store, a marketplace or Instagram: clean bottles and jars without dust and fingerprints, softer glare on glossy caps, crisp edges of the packaging, and true shades of lipstick, foundation or eyeshadow. In cosmetics the shade is the product, so we correct colour towards the real swatch and never make it warmer, pinker or more even than it is. We also keep textures honest: a cream stays a cream and a swatch keeps its real coverage.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos of your products or swatches, in daylight if possible. Give the shade names and say what to clean and where the photos will be used. Send only photos you took or have the right to use; for swatches on skin, the person must agree. We do not make ID photos or change documents, do not work with nudity and never put a celebrity's face in swatch photos; a hidden part of the package is recreated, not restored exactly.
We will ask you:
- Which products are in the photos?
- What are the real shade names?
- What should we clean or soften?

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you retouch before-and-after photos of skincare results?
No. Smoothing skin in result photos would mislead buyers and breaks advertising rules in many countries. We retouch the products and packaging, not the effect.
Will the shade look exactly like the real product?
We bring it as close as we can to the shade you describe, but screens also show colour differently. Compare the result with the product in daylight and ask for a revision if it drifts.
Will the ingredient list stay readable?
Large names usually stay, but small print such as INCI lists or batch numbers can change slightly because the picture is redrawn. Show the full ingredient list as text on your listing.
Can I send photos from the brand I resell?
Yes, if the brand lets resellers use its photos. Pictures copied from other shops or blogs are not suitable.
