About this service
We tidy up family photos from holidays, birthdays and weekends so they are ready to frame, print as a calendar or send to grandparents: warmer and more even light, no red eyes, calmer shine and small mess in the background such as toys, a laundry basket or a car at the kerb removed. Family photos are usually taken quickly on a phone indoors, so most of the work is light and colour. Children stay exactly as they are, with their real faces and age, and we only clean up what distracts.

Faces stay recognizable, but small details can differ slightly, especially for small faces in group photos.

What we need from you
Up to 5 family photos, as sharp as you have. Say what to fix and what to keep, and how the photos will be used. Send only your own family photos, with the agreement of the adults in them. We never put a celebrity's face on anyone in the family.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you add a relative who was missing from the photo?
No. Each picture is made from one of your photos, so we cannot bring in someone from another picture. For a new family scene, a portrait from a single photo where everyone is together works best.
Can you fix a blurry photo of a running child?
Light blur can be improved, but a strongly blurred face has to be partly recreated, so it may look less like your child. Send the sharpest version you have.
Can I print the photos for a calendar?
Yes, for a small desk calendar or prints up to about postcard size. A large wall calendar or a poster needs more than about 1.5 megapixels.
Are there photos you won't work with?
We do not make document or passport photos, we do not work with nudity, including bath or beach photos of children, and we never replace a face with another real person.
