About this service
We clean up photos of your products for an online store, a marketplace listing or social media: dust, fingerprints and lint removed, glare softened, exposure and white balance fixed so the item looks the way it does in the buyer's hands. True colour matters most in product photos, because a jumper that arrives a shade different from the picture often comes back as a return, so we correct colour towards reality and never change it to something the product is not. The background stays as it is, only tidier, and we do not hide scratches, stains or other real defects.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos of your products, as sharp as possible, ideally in daylight. Tell us the real colour (a colour name or a code from your supplier), what to clean and where the photos will be listed. Send only photos you took or have the right to use. We never change receipts, certificates or other documents, take no photos with nudity or celebrity faces, and a part of the item hidden in the photo can only be recreated, not restored exactly.

Questions and answers
Can you put the product on a pure white background for Amazon?
Retouching keeps your background and only cleans it. If a marketplace needs a pure white main image, order a background change; you can still use retouched photos as the extra pictures of the listing.
Can you hide a scratch or make the item look new?
We remove dust and fingerprints, which are not part of the item, but we do not hide real scratches, stains, wear or defects, and we do not change the size or shape. Buyers should get what they see.
Will the logo and text on the packaging stay the same?
The picture is redrawn, so small print, barcodes and fine lettering can change slightly. Large logos usually hold up well; check small text against the real package before publishing.
Can I use photos from the manufacturer or a competitor?
Only if you have the right to use them, for example a supplier who allows resellers to use their photos. Pictures copied from other stores are not suitable.
