About this service
We prepare photos of a flat, a house or a holiday rental for a listing site, an agency website or Airbnb: brighter rooms, balanced window light, neutral white walls instead of yellow or blue casts, and small clutter such as cables, a towel or a bin removed. The first picture decides whether someone opens the listing, so a light, tidy living room or kitchen matters more than anything else. We never make a room bigger, change the layout or hide damp, cracks or worn floors, so viewers see what they will find on the visit.

- What you getPNG pictures of about 1.5 megapixels, one per room photo in your package, each made from one of your photos in its shape, which is plenty for listing sites and rental platforms. Small details like sockets or the pattern of a tile can shift slightly, so check each picture.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos of the property, taken in daylight with the camera held level. Say which room is the main photo, what to remove and where the listing goes. Send photos you took or have the owner's permission to use, with no people or personal documents visible. We do not change floor plans, contracts or other documents, and we never add celebrities or nudity to a photo.
We will ask you:

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you replace a grey sky with a blue one?
Retouching brightens the view and the sky but does not swap it. A completely new sky is a background change, which is a separate service.
Can you add furniture to an empty room?
No, we do not furnish rooms or add objects that are not there. We remove small clutter and improve light so the real space reads well.
What if a large item is in the way?
Small items are easy. Removing a sofa, a car or a person in the middle of the frame means recreating what was behind, so that part will not match reality exactly; we do not recommend it for a sale listing.
Is the size enough for a printed brochure?
For small photos in a flyer, yes. For a large window display or a billboard, about 1.5 megapixels is too small; the pictures are made for screens.
