About this service
We retouch photos of rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets for your shop, Etsy or Instagram: dust and fingerprints removed from metal, harsh reflections of the room softened, true gold, silver or rose gold tone, and a bit more sparkle in the stones without changing their colour. Jewelry is small and shiny, so phone photos usually show every speck of dust and a mirror image of the person holding the phone. We never change stones, metal, size or engraving, because buyers rely on the photo to know what they get.

The picture is redrawn, so tiny details like prongs, small stones or engraving can change slightly; compare each picture with the real piece before listing it.

What we need from you
Up to 5 close-up photos of your pieces, in focus, in daylight or under a soft lamp. Tell us the metal, the stones and their colour, and what to clean. Send only photos of your own pieces that you have the right to use. We never add a celebrity's hand or face to your photos, do not work with nudity, and a stone hidden by glare is recreated, not restored exactly.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you make the diamond bigger or the gold brighter?
We add sparkle and fix the metal's tone towards reality, but we never change stone size, cut, colour or the metal itself. A photo that oversells a piece leads to returns and complaints.
Will engraving or a hallmark stay readable?
Large engraving usually stays, but tiny lettering such as a hallmark can change slightly because the picture is redrawn. Check it, and show the hallmark in a separate unedited photo if buyers need it.
Can you put the ring on a white background for a marketplace?
Retouching keeps your background and cleans it. For a pure white background, order a background change for the main image.
Can you edit a certificate or a receipt for the piece?
No, we never change certificates, appraisals, receipts or other documents. We work only with photos of the jewelry itself.
