About this service
We polish your photos so they are ready to publish. In portraits we smooth skin gently and keep it natural, remove blemishes and stray hairs, even out light and brighten eyes. In product, food and property photos we fix exposure, white balance and colour, straighten the look of a room and remove small unwanted objects or people in the background, such as a passer-by, a wire or a trash can. A series gets the same light and colour, so it looks consistent on a profile, a menu or a website. You upload up to 5 photos (PNG, JPEG or WebP), and each finished picture is made from one of them. You get PNG images of about 1.5 megapixels, e.g. 1500 x 1000 or 1000 x 1500 pixels, in the shape of your photo: good for screens, social media, marketplaces and small prints, not for large prints or billboards. The picture is redrawn, so faces stay recognizable, but small details can differ; check the result and ask for a revision.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will I still look like myself?
Yes, we keep retouching natural: we do not change face shape, body shape or age. The picture is redrawn, so faces stay recognizable, but small details can differ; check the result and ask for a revision.
Can you remove a person from a photo?
Yes, a small figure in the background or a stranger at the edge. Removing someone who stands in front of others or covers a large part of the frame means recreating what was behind them, so that part will not match reality exactly.
Can you make a property look bigger or hide damage?
No. We improve light, colour and tidiness, but we do not hide damage or change the size or layout of a room or a product, so buyers see what they get.
Can I print it large?
The pictures are about 1.5 megapixels, e.g. 1500 x 1000 pixels: good for screens, social media, marketplaces and small prints, not for large prints, posters or billboards.
Which photos won't you work with?
We do not make photos for passports, IDs, visas or other documents, and we never change documents, certificates or receipts. No nudity or sexual changes, nothing that makes minors look suggestive, and we never swap a face for a celebrity or another real person. What is completely lost in a photo is recreated, not restored exactly.
Can I send any photo?
Send only photos you have the right to use, and get the permission of the people in them. Photos you found online or of strangers are not suitable.
